Vacancies' application related issues

Hi! I would like to share 2 things:

1. In my opinion, it would be more convenient if I could filter vacancies by date, so I don't need to search through old (more than 1 month ago) vacancies
2. It is also would be useful to subscribe to particular vacancies digest, but I don't see this option in the UI.
